Modular Trench Boards - Part 4

by Gary James Reaver Titan Baneblade
These pictures were taken at UK Games Day 1999. I didn't have my best flash with me so I have to apologise for the quality of the pictures and the funny colour balance. Hopefully you'll find them interesting anyway.

Here is Gareth's Praetorian Armoured Guard Division advancing while his troopers await the onslaught from the safety of their trenches. Well, they were safe until the plague marines reached them...curse those terrain builders that made straight trenches...bwah ha haaaa!

Meanwhile the Plague Tower and orky bikers advanced on the enemy. Well, the bikes advanced. The plague tower just sort of sat there dribbling slime and shooting.

The Reaver Titan begins striding around the battlefield like it owns it. Which it virtually did...so my Orky boyz decided to play chicken and see who could drive their buggies between its legs the fastest. Waaagh!

Matilda da Stompa began waltzing toward the Reaver. Bad move. Soon she was belly up and feet waving in the air. Ah well, never mind. I'll just have to build another and field two Stompas next time!

This is a terrible photograph but I have included it because it gives a feel for the mayhem that was this battle. Stompas, plague towers, Baneblades, and about 300 miniatures swilling about in chaos. Great fun!
