You have found a TerraGenesis Easter Egg! This hidden page shows a closeup of Salvatore's Rhino.

Salvatore converted this model himself and added the large exhausts to represent the supercharged engine. Rumour has it that he straps a trash can on either side of his bike and jams an ice-lolly stick in the spokes to make a brrrm brrrm sound, too.
